Andrew V. Farbman
Mr. Farbman returned to Michigan in July of 2000 to run the company his father successfully launched over 30 years earlier. Since that time Andrew has worked diligently to grow NAI Farbman into a nationally recognized leader in commercial real estate services. Andrew has been responsible for purchasing and developing over 7.75 million square feet valued over $425 million dollars during the past 11 years.
Mr. Laport founded Concord Hospitality Enterprises Company in 1985 and has led the company as both a hotel management company and an active developer of hotels. His leadership and entrepreneurial vigor have earned Concord recognition as one of the most prolific management companies, servicing hotel owners, investors and lenders in North America and Canada
Mr. Kalil is responsible for the management of over 20 million square feet of real estate and serves as agent for receivership and distressed properties for banks and special servicers including Capmark, GE Capital, AmTrust Bank, Keybank, and ORIX. Mr. Kalil previously worked for National City in the Commercial & Special Loans Dept.
Mr. Sabroff has over 25 years of industry experience and has served a number of financial institutions including CSFB, Wachovia, Wells Fargo, and National City Bank. Mr. Sabroff has extensive relationships with capital market providers and leading hotel brands including Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, Hyatt, IHG, Wyndham, and Choice. Mr. Sabroff's prior experience includes senior management positions with Boykin Management Company, McDonald & Company Investments, Coopers & Lybrand, Laventhol & Horwath.
