Farbman Oakdale Hospitality Services has an established and favorable rapport with Courts due to our thorough understanding of the role to stabilize an asset’s value and prevent waste while providing sophisticated, comprehensible and complete reporting.

We understand that the reporting function is critical to keep all parties informed and to ensure the asset is being managed efficiently.

Upon appointment as Receiver, we will immediately take control of the property, perform a thorough review of the property's accounting records, and establish new operational, maintenance, accounting procedures and systems as necessary.

Monthly financial reports are submitted to the Court, Plaintiff and Defendant and periodic narrative reports are provided at the Receiver's discretion usually accompanying special requests for the Court's, Plaintiff's and/or Defendant's approval for major capital expenditures or asset management modification.

At the conclusion of the Receivership, a final accounting is submitted to the Court and the Plaintiff, licenses and franchises are transferred to the Plaintiff before the Court’s approval and discharge are secured.
